Eligible Returns
Products may be returned if:
- The product received is damaged during delivery.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The item is unused and in its original packaging.
Return Request Period
Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
- Original packaging, accessories, or documentation are missing.
- The product falls under hygiene-sensitive or non-returnable categories unless defective.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where possible.
Exchange Policy
If a product is defective or incorrect, we may offer:
- Product replacement
- Exchange for another item
- Store credit
- Refund (subject to approval)
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error, Dhaka Bio will bear the return shipping cost.
- For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for shipping charges.
